A portion of the Buyers Agent commission is given to the Buyer! Buyer must select an Affiliate Buyer Agent as their exclusive buyer’s agent throughout the home buying process. This ensures that the Agent will provide the best possible service and guidance.

The rebate amount varies, based on the amount of Commission offered to the Buyers Agent, plus there is a limit to how much Rebate can be offered to offset Closing Costs (per Lender rules).  Your affiliated Buyer Agent will explain this fully!

Any Brand New Home that is offered for sale by a Home Builder is eligible for a Rebate.  

At Closing, the Rebate will either be credited towards your Closing Costs, or a check can be mailed within weeks of the Closing Date.

Yes, Rebates are 100% Legal in Texas!  Per the U.S. Department of Justice, the Commission can be shared with the Home Buyer!  Your affiliated Buyer Agent can provide a link to the DOJ’s website, specifying this!

As long as the home is a New Construction Home in Texas and eligibility requirements are met, a Rebate can be offered.

Our Affiliated Buyers Agent will be able to answer this after consulting with your Lender  to ensure that they will allow you to use the Rebate towards these costs.

In general, Rebates on home purchases are not considered taxable income, but it’s always best to consult with an expert. We recommend that you consult with a tax professional to determine if the Rebate is taxable.
